| Below are listed the pages of the Wyatt building permit. This permit was originally designed to include a second house which became the subject of a Board of Appeals hearing and then a Superior Court case. The town did not require any alterations of the permit to reflect the changes from the variance after the court case. It is therefore a confusing document in that it does not mention the construction of one house, but lists two! It also has varying references to the size of the house in the notations between the town document and the DEP documents for number of bedrooms. Apparently he town didn't want the applicant to have to spend the time to submit an accurate application, which is the same problem that led to the discovery of the secret variance in the first place, when the inaccurate Clark Hill permit was scrutinized. So much for accurately permitting anything involved with these permits. How large a house is this? | |
